MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is a meditative practice where the individual develops his or her skills at staying in the present moment. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness frequently - even for a short period of time - can reduce anxiety, depression, physical and emotional pain, comfort eating, and even increase a sense of peace and overall sense of wellbeing.
